On the nomination of Our Minister for Transport and Water, of 1 October 1991, No JBZ/L 91.010336, RijksluchtFuneral Service, done in accordance with Our Ministers of Justice and of Defence;

Having regard to Article 37 A , second and third member of the Aviation Act ( Stb. 1958, 47);

Have found good and understand:

• 1 By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 1, first paragraph, point Ed , from the Aviation Act shall be classified as an operator for the purposes of Section 2A of this Act in respect of military aerodromes of which parts are used solely for the purpose of civil aviation as the following legal persons:

  • a. Eindhoven Airport NV,

  • b. N.V. Airport Twente,

  • c. Airport Den Helder B.V.

• 2 This Decision shall enter into force on 1 October 1991. If: State Sheet in which this Decision is to be issued, shall be issued after 1 October 1991, shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back to 1 October 1991.

Our Minister for Transport and Water is in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which is the subject of the letter of explanatory note in the State Sheet will be placed.
