On the nomination of Our Minister of Finance, Central Executive Board of Legal Affairs, dd. 7 July 1981 No G 81-397;

Whereas it is in the public interest to consider that De Nederlandsche Bank N.V. has jurisdiction to establish a legal person governed by Netherlands law, which will be responsible for carrying out certain financial activities relating to: the implementation of the Algiers Agree ments agreed between Iran and the United States of America. 19 and 20 January 1981, to take part in it and to perform functions and carry out all the acts necessary for the proper functioning of the legal person within its target definition;
