On the proposal of our Minister of Justice of 10 September 1982, No 447/682;
Having regard to the Articles 153 (4) and 263 (4) of Book 2 of the Civil Code ;
Having heard the opinion of the Social Economic Council (Opinion of 18 December 1981);
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 25 October 1982, No 2491/07/8242);
Having regard to the report by Our Minister of Justice of 11 November 1982, No 550/682;
Have found good and understand:
As a price index, intended in the Articles 153, fourth paragraph , and 263, fourth member, of book 2 of the Civil Code shall be designated the price index of gross fixed capital formation of holdings.
The development of this price index since 1971 will be taken into account.
The amount, named in Article 153, second paragraph A and 263, second member A , should be rounded up to a multiple of two and a half million guilders.
The amount shall not be reestablished if the amount to which an increase or decrease would lead to rounding is less than two million guilders differs from the last amount determined.
This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed.
Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed and copies thereof will be sent to the Council of State.
