On the nomination of Our Minister of Justice, Minister of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations of 7 June 2010, No. 5658199/10/6;
Having regard to Article 8:40a, 2nd paragraph, of the General Law governing the administrative law ;
The Council of State heard (opinion of 16 June 2010, No W03.10.0224/II);
Having regard to the further report of Our Minister of Justice, Minister of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations of 1 July 2010, No 5658199/10/6;
Have found good and understand:
1 Appeal to the administrative court may only be brought by electronic means in accordance with a procedure specified in the courts.
2 The first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to:
(a) the use of other legal remedies in the administrative courts; and
(b) submit to the administrative court of other written documents as part of a procedure.
For the corresponding application of Article 2:16 of the General Administrative Law Act In any case, the method used for authentication shall be deemed to be sufficiently reliable if it is of a confidence level designated by Our Minister of Justice.
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 July 2010. If the Official Journal of the State issuing this Decision is issued after 30 June 2010, it shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
This decision is cited as: electronic traffic decision with the administrative court.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
