Decision of 27 August 1993 on the adoption of the Decision on the 1992 military benefit

On the nomination of our Minister of Defence of 1 March 1993, No PAV 5065/93005823;
Having regard to Article 12 of the Military Staff Act 1931 and Article 2 of the Law on the legal status of conscripts,
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 2 June 1993, No W07.93.0146);
Having regard to the further report of the Minister for Defence, dated 17 August 1993, No PAV 5065/93019182;
Have found good and understand:
For the purposes of this Decision, the following definitions shall apply:
a. Military: the military which is in real service during the month of September 1992.
b. Former Military: the military who is in charge of the month of September 1992, a benefit due to age pension or pension.
c. Remuneration: which means under the military naval service security regime 1947, or in the Dutch Air Force Staff Regulations of Land and Air 1969.
The military shall be entitled to a payment of 6% of the remuneration applicable to the military for September 1992.
The military which receives part of the salary as a result of special leave, sickness, suspension or detention shall be entitled to benefits in proportion to the maintenance of his remuneration.
The former military officer is entitled to a grant of 5.56% of the allowance for the military for the month of September 1992, or the payment of a pension for age or pension.
The benefit is of a general nature and should be regarded as last received as remuneration within the meaning of the Non-activity Act.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back up to 1 September 1992.
This decision is cited as the 1992 military single payment of the military.
Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed.
