On the nomination of Our Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation of 12 July 2011, no. WJZ/11100078;
Having regard to Article 29, fourth paragraph, of the Electricity Act 1998 ;
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 24 August 2011, no. W15.11.0283/IV);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation of 23 September 2011, No WJZ/11130389;
Have found good and understand:
In addition to Article 29, second paragraph, of the Electricity Act 1998 , the rate for which the transport of electricity will be carried out may vary for different customers for the receipt and for the import of electricity, depending on:
a. The ability of the transport capacity to which a customer is able to have the maximum
b. the time part of a customer with its maximum transport capacity;
c. The physical way of connecting to a network with a voltage level of not more than 50 kV or the location of a connector in a voltage-level with a voltage level of not more than 50 kV, compared to the transformer which is connected to a grid of a net of Higher voltage level;
d. Taking care of the power on and off of a connection by a network operator.
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 November 2011.
This decision is cited as: Decision differentiating tariffs of transport electricity.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
