On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister of General Affairs, dated 5 November 2012, attribute 3117028;
Having regard to Article 44 of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
Our Minister of Security and Justice is charged with the promotion of the affairs in the field of aliens, including the Immigration and Naturalization Service, the Central Organing Asylum Seekers, the Return Service and the Asylum seekers. Departure, border surveillance on aliens and the State law on the Netherlands, insofar as it was dedicated to our Minister of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations by 5 November 2012.
The duties of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations and of the Ministry of Security and Justice are amended accordingly.
The organisational, personaland legal aspects of the Articles 1 and 2 The reclassification of departmental tasks shall be elaborated in consultation between our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, our Minister of Security and Justice and our Minister for Wons and State Department.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day after the date of issuance of the State Official Gazette, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 5 November 2012.
Our Prime Minister, Minister for General Affairs and Our Minister of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations, Our Minister for Security and Justice and Our Minister for Wons and National Service are in charge of the implementation of this decision, which is the letter of explanatory note in the Official Gazette will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the High Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Ministers of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, and the Ministries.
