On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister of General Affairs, dated 5 November 2012, attribute 3117028;
Having regard to Article 44 of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
Our Minister of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations is charged with the representation of the matters relating to State Real Estate, including the RijksRealty and Development Company, as long as it was before 5 November 2012. dedicated to our Minister of Finance.
The tasks of the Ministry of Finance and of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations and are amended accordingly.
The organisational, personaland legal aspects of the Articles 1 and 2 The reclassification of departmental tasks shall be elaborated in consultation between our Minister of Finance, Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations and our Minister for Living and the National Service.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Official Gazette, in which it is placed and shall operate back to 5 November 2012.
Our Prime Minister, Minister for General Affairs and Our Minister of Finance, Our Minister of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations and Our Minister for Wons and State Department are in charge of the implementation of this decision, with the same shall be placed in the Official Gazette and copies of which shall be sent to the High Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Plenipotentiary Ministers of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten, and the Ministries.
