On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister of General Affairs, dated 15 February 2013, attribute3120867;
Having regard to Article 44 of the Constitution ;
Have found good and understand:
Our Minister for Economic Affairs is charged with the representation of the public sector-organisation issues as they arise from the Business Organization Act, Second Chapter (Of business entities).
The tasks of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment and of the Ministry of Economic Affairs are amended accordingly.
The organisational, personaland legal aspects of the Articles 1 and 2 The reclassification of departmental tasks is being worked out in consultation between our Minister of Social Affairs and Employment, our Minister for Economic Affairs and Our Minister for Wons and State Department.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
Our Prime Minister, Minister for General Affairs, and Our Minister for Social Affairs and Employment, Our Minister for Economic Affairs and Our Minister for Wons and National Service are in charge of the implementation of this Decision, which is shall be placed in the Official Gazette, and copies of which shall be sent to the High Colleges of State, the Council of Ministers, the Minister Plenipotentiary of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten and the Ministries.
