On the nomination of Our Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations of 25 April 2000, No 0067401, made on behalf of the State Secretary for Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations;
Having regard to Article 89 of the Constitution and Art 125 of the Civil Service Act ;
The Council of State heard (opinion of 8 June 2000, No. W04.00.0187/I);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations of 4 December 2000, attribute CZK/PU00N100261, released on behalf of the State Secretary for Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations,
Have found good and understand:
For the purpose of this Decision:
Our Minister: Our Minister of Home Affairs and Kingdom Relations.
An official in service of the Empire can at his request be made available by Our Minister of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten and of the public entities Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba for the purpose of performing a function with the governments in those countries and in those public bodies.
1 An official in the service of a province, city, water, or other public body in the European part of the Netherlands may be made available to Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten and the public at his request by Our Minister. bodies Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba for the purpose of performing a function with the governments in those countries and in those public bodies.
2 An official in the service of the police can at his request be made available by our Minister of Security and Justice of Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten and of the public bodies Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba for the fulfilment of a function with the public authorities in those countries and in those public bodies or for the purpose of carrying out activities in the framework of cooperation between the countries of the Kingdom in the search cooperation team.
1 Our Minister proposes to make the posting of the Articles 2 and 3 The detailed rules shall be laid down for the conditions under which they are to take place.
2 The detailed rules referred to in paragraph 1 shall, in any event, contain provisions on:
(a) the memorandum of understanding;
(b) the medical examination;
c. Work relaxers;
d. the remuneration and allowances;
e. the provisions on the making available and at the end of the making available;
f. the facilities of stay in Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten and in the public bodies Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba;
g. the travel and family renewal travel;
h. disease;
Accident;
j. death.
3 In case there is an official referred to in Article 3, second paragraph The detailed rules referred to in paragraph 2 shall be laid down in agreement with our Minister for Security and Justice.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal, in which it is placed and operates back to 1 October 1999.
This decision is cited as: Decision making available officials to the Caribbean of the Kingdom of the Kingdom of the European Union.
Charges and orders that this Decision with the corresponding note of oeliction will be placed in the Official Journal.
