Decision of 7 June 1910, laying down detailed rules for the transit of absint

On the proposal of Our Ministers of Finance of 15 April 1910, n ° 50, Subsection Excise, and of Domestic Affairs of 21 April 1910, N. 595, Subsection of Health and Armour;
Seen Article 2 der Absintwet 1909 ( State Sheet n °. 402);
Heard the Council of State (opinion of 24 May 1910, n ° 25);
Having regard to the detailed report of our Ministers of 30 May 1910, No 53, Subsection of Excise Duty, and of 3 June 1910, n ° 1958, Part-of-the-Office Health and Armour;
Have been well-found and defined to determine:
Transit of absint is permitted on the basis of the Algemeene Law of 26 August 1822 on income on the sea side ( State Sheet n ° .38), as last amended by the Law of 1 July 1909 ( State Sheet n ° 251), and of the Royal Decree of 26 March 1872 ( State Sheet n ° 19), as last amended by our decision of 8 July 1907 ( State Sheet n ° 180); on land-side income on the basis of the abovementioned amended Royal Decree; in accordance with the provisions of the following two Articles.
Absint, which will be implemented, should be mentioned in all declarations and documents in particular.
During the transport of the first office up to the exit of the Netherlands territory, it shall be a seal on the seal, affixed by officials of the import duties.
In the cases leading to such a transit, transit of absint may be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the provisions of the Article. 2 and 3 of the present decision, also in accordance with the procedures laid down by international rules.
Our Ministers are entrusted with the implementation of this Decision, which is State Sheet will be placed, and copies of which will be sent to the Council of State.
