Decision of 14 May 2003 laying down rules for the appointment, suspension and dismissal of persons belonging to the Secretariat of the Commission for the supervision of information and security services

On the nomination of Our Minister-President, Minister of General Affairs, Our Minister of Internal Affairs and Kingdom Relations and Our Minister of Defence dated 9 May 2003, nr. 03M453118;

Having regard to Article 69, third paragraph, of the Information and Security Services Act 2002 ;

Have found good and understand:

The President of the Commission shall appoint, suspend and resign the Secretariat of the Supervisory Board of Information and Security Services to the extent that the function of the function is not is higher than the maximum salary of scale 14 of Annex B to the Remuneration Decision Civil Servants 1984 .

This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.

Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs is in charge of the implementation of this decision which will be placed in the Official Gazette.
