On the nomination of Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science of 18 August 2004, no. WJZ/ 2004/33830 (3778), Management Committee and Legal Affairs, done on behalf of our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality;
Having regard to the Articles 10b5, second paragraph , 77, third and fourth members , 77a , 84 , 106 and 110a, third member, of the Secondary Education Act and Article XV of the Law of 28 November 2002 amending the Law of the Centres of Excellence, the Law on Primary Education and the Law on Secondary Education in relation to the introduction of an apprenticeship budget and the formation of regional and regional authorities in the field of education and training Centres of excellence (Stb. 2002, 631) ;
The Council of State heard (opinion delivered on 2 September 2004, No WO5.04.0415/III);
Having regard to the further report of Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science of 12 January 2005, no. WJZ/2004/54611 (3778), Directorate of Legislation and Legal Affairs, released on behalf of Our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality;
Have found good and understand:
By way of derogation from Article 8 of the Decision of RVCs, Regional Care Budget and Practice Schools with declarationfunds the application for a care budget, which was established by or on behalf of the competent authority of the schools of the schools for the 2005/06 school year, shall also apply as an application for a care budget for the calendar year 2006.
The time, for the purpose of Article IIa of the Law of 26 June 2003 (Stb. 292), shall be 1 January 2006.
By way of derogation from Article 15 of the Financing Decision W.V.O., the State's contribution for the year 2006 includes an amount to be fixed by ministerial arrangement by leather contract, concluded between 15 April 2004 and 1 August 2005.
1 This Decision shall enter into force:
a. What the Articles I, except for part J, II , III and IV on a date to be determined by the Royal Decree, that may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of the articles, and may also provide that the decision on the matter in question is to be taken as to Article II (C) (3) (b) , and Article II (E) (3) , operating back to 1 August 2003, and
b. what the Articles I, part J, V and VI with effect from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it was placed.
2 The articles and components referred to in point (b) of paragraph 1 shall apply for the first time to the national contribution of the knowledge-based vocational training centres for the year 2006.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
