Whereas the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law of 5 July 1979 setting up a municipality of Lelystad and further fixing the border of the municipality of Dronten should be implemented ( Stb. 378) to designate the rich property (roads, works of art and cycle tracks), which are transferred to the municipality of Dronten in ownership, management and maintenance, and to determine the conditions and time of transition;
Having regard to Article 13, first paragraph, of the abovementioned Law;
Heard the Council of the City of Dronten (by letter of 30 September 1985);
Have found good and understand:
The property, management and maintenance of the following immovable property, on the municipality of Dronten, hereinafter referred to as the municipality, as of the day following that of the day drawing of this Decision, shall be taken into account.

including on-and off-rides, roadway harvees, mountain roads, roadside planting, mountain biking, glooling, road-end sections and divers, as well as the bridges with accessories in the Karekite road, and Nonnetjesweg, both over the High Vaart and in the Kuilweg over the Kuiltrek.
1 The hardening of roads and cycle paths, situated on the Harderdijk between the Lovink meal and the offering, administratively known section Y, number 80, cadabeam known commune of Dronten, section F, numbers 132 and 148, as well as of part of the Beach Road (exit until kavelsloot) will be in management and maintenance on the municipality as of the day, next to that of the day drawing of this Decision.

3 It is known to the municipality that the Rijkszeewergency Rules apply to the part of the Harderdijk referred to in the preceding paragraphs.
The transfer of ownership, management and maintenance, or management and maintenance, or management of the in Articles 1 and 2 The immovable property is not to be used.

For the purpose of this Decision:

The boundaries of the roads on the property, management and maintenance of the municipality shall be formed as follows:
a. If the road is adjacent to a road on either side or on either side, other than a main line pipe or a sea passage through the centreline of the road closed or road closed, except that for the municipality of the shall extend to the non-road side of the road;
(b) if the road is adjacent to either side of the road or to a main operating pipe or a navigation, by the passage of the water corridor or of water courses on the roadside, except that for the maintenance of the water above water located talud the particular in Article 8 (b) (b) , applicable.

3 The consent referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be granted unless an object to be taken by the body responsible for the management of water resources opposes such authorisation. Conditions may be attached to such authorisation.
(4) If the municipality which fails to fulfil its obligations under the first and second paragraph is not respected, the authority responsible for managing the management of the water shall be responsible for taking the necessary action on behalf of the municipality. Such power shall not be used earlier than after the municipality has been notified in writing and given the opportunity to comply with the obligations within a reasonable time.
5 The provisions of the preceding paragraphs shall cease to apply as soon as and in so far as they are provided by public law by a watership or body established for the Flevoland area.
Permit is deemed to be granted to the agricultural yards, forests, planting strips, nature sites, transformer houses, sewage treatment plants, recreational objects and the like to keep them connected to the roads in the area. Ownership, management and maintenance of the municipality.

Our Ministers of the Interior, of Transport and of the State and of Finance are responsible for the implementation of this decision for as many as many of them as he or she is concerned with. State Sheet will be placed and copies of which will be sent to the Court of Auditors.
