Decision of 15 July 1980 on the designation of palaces referred to in Article 4 of the Law of the Royal Chamber

On the proposal of Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, also on behalf of Our Ministers of Finance and Housing and Regional Planning of 9 July 1980, No 298908;
Whereas the Law of 2 July 1980 supplementing the Royal House's financial statute the scheme of benefits to Princess Juliana and her husband, Soestdijk, to the benefit of the Kingdom of Princess Juliana and Prince Bernhard, has been made available to the State;
that the use of the Noordeinde Palace in The Hague is in line with the foregoing requirements and that the Palace of Huis ten Bosch te ' s-Gravenhage and the Palace of the Dam at the Amsterdam Dam should be retained;
Having regard to Article 4 of the Law of the Royal Family ;
Have been good found [ text correction: "good-found") and understand:
The palaces, intended in Article 4 of the Law of the Royal Family are:
a. The Palace Noordeinde te ' s-Gravenhage;
b. the Palace Huis ten Bosch te ' s-Gravenhage;
c. the Palace at the Dam in Amsterdam.
The Royal Decree of 24 December 1970, designating palaces, intended for Article 23 of the Constitution ( Stb. 1970, 629) is hereby repealed.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed, and works back to 1 May 1980.
Our Minister-President, Minister for General Affairs, and Our Ministers of Finance and Housing and Regional Planning are entrusted with the implementation of this decision, which is in the process of State Sheet will be placed, and copies of which will be sent to the Court of Auditors.
