On the nomination of Our Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of 22 March 1982, No. J. 1565, Directorate-General for Legal and Business Organisational Affairs;
Having regard to the first paragraph of Article 29, the first paragraph of Article 29, B and Ed , and second paragraph, 32, third member, and Article 34, of the Agricultural Land Act ( Stb. 1981, 248);
Heard the Council of State (opinion of 27 April 1982, No 2163/21/8216);
Having regard to the further report by our Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries of 7 July 1982, J 2446, Directorate-General for Legal and Business Organisational Affairs;
Have found good and understand:
In this Decision, law shall Agricultural Land Act ( Stb. 1981, 248).
As Ministers referred to in the Article 29, first paragraph , 32, third member , and 34, of the law The following shall be designated:
a. Our Minister of Defence;
b. Our Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment;
c. Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science.
As Ministers referred to in Article 30, first paragraph, point (b) and (d) and second paragraph, of the Act The following shall be designated:
a. Our Minister of Finance;
b. Our Minister of Defence;
c. Our Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment;
d. Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science.
This Decision shall enter into force from the second day following the date of issue of the State Sheet where it is placed.
Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed and copies thereof will be sent to the Council of State.
