On the nomination of the State Secretary for Infrastructure and the Environment of 13 November 2013, No IenM/BSK-2013/251482, Chief Executive of Administrative and Legal Affairs;
Having regard to Article 2, first paragraph, of the Local Rail Act ;
Have found good and understand:
As local railway, intended in Article 3, first paragraph, of the Local Rail Act , are designated railways, other than railways, which are only used for the purposes of strictly historical or tourist transport and other private property owned by the owner solely for the purpose of his or her own freight transport uses, located within the municipalities of Albrandswaard, Amstelveen, Amsterdam, Barendrecht, Capelle aan den IJssel, Delft, The Hague, Diemen, Lansingerland, De leidschendam-Voorburg, nieuwegein, older-amstel, painacker-Nutmedorp, Rotterdam, Rijswijk, Schiedam, Spijkenisse, Utrecht, Vlaardingen, Westland, IJsselstein and Zoetermeer, as well as the related railways to the areas of workshops and remises.
This Decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption Chapter 1 of the Local Rail Act enters into force.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed with the relevant explanatory note in the Official Journal.
