Decision of 20 December 2004 on the designation of the main railways and repealing certain decisions taken pursuant to the Localrail and Tramwegwet Act (Main Railway Designation Decision)

On the nomination of Our Minister of Transport and Water State of 14 December 2004, No HDJZ/S&W/2004-30 64, Main Legal Affairs Directorate;
Having regard to the Article 2, first paragraph , and 124 of the Railway Act and the Articles 1, 1st paragraph , and 2, first paragraph, of the Law of 9 July 1900 laying down detailed rules for the service and use of railways, to which transport is carried only with limited speed (Stb. 118);
Have found good and understand:
1 Main railway shall be designated as the railways in the Annex to this Decision. Annex 1 .
2 The main railways are also designated as part-of- Annex 2 the railways and the bearable parts of the railways located on the part B of this Decision that Annex said locations. These railways are covered by the scope of Article 20, fourth paragraph, of the Railway Act .
The following decisions to be taken as locaalrailway as intended Article 1, first paragraph, of the Law of 9 July 1900 laying down detailed rules for the service and use of railways, which is carried only with limited speed (Stb. 118), be repealed:
a. Decision of 24 November 1958, No V-1/0116890;
b. Decision of 28 December 1959, No V-1/0133031;
c. Decision of 15 June 1993, No S-31318, ' s-Lord Arendskerke-Sloehaven;
d. Decision of 16 December 1993, No S-31975, Weert-Budel Grens.
The Concession exercise service port railway Rotterdam Linker Maasuver 1979 is hereby revoked.
This Decision shall enter into force on 31 December 2004, with the exception of the Articles 2 and 3 , which enter into force with effect from the moment when the Articles 16 to 25 of the Railway Act Enter into force.
This decision is referred to as: Main railway decision designation.
Our Minister for Transport and Water State is in charge of the implementation of this decision which will be placed with the accompanying note of explanatory note in the Official Gazette.
