Having regard to Article 391, 1st member, of Book 1 of the Civil Code ;
The Department for the Advisory Board of the State heard (opinion of 13 December 2013, No W03.13.0442/II);
Having regard to the further report of the Secretary of State for Security and Justice of 18 December 2013, No 466217;
Have found good and understand:
The justice council is designated as the body that keeps the public register referred to in Article 391, 1st member, of Book 1 of the Civil Code .
The Curateleregister Decision shall be withdrawn.
This Decision shall enter into force with effect from 1 January 2014.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
