Having regard to the Articles 69, second paragraph , 120, first paragraph , 122, 1st Member , and 185, first paragraph, of the Law on Primary Education , Article 117, first paragraph, of the Law at the centres of expertise and Article 16, second paragraph , and 233, first paragraph, of the Secondary Education Act ;
The Council of State heard (opinion of 26 September 2002, No W05.02.0407/III);
Having regard to the further report by Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science, of 18 November 2002, No WJZ/2002/37119 (2582);
Have found good and understand:
Article 14 (6) of the Financing Decision WPO as of 31 December 2001, shall continue to apply to the periods for which the payment had been made, and to the disputes relating to the application of Article 14 (6) of the Financing Decision WPO .
