On the nomination of Our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport of 2 September 1998, DWJZ-U-981079;
Having regard to the Articles 36, first paragraph , and 62 of the Health Act and on Article 9 of the Dangerous Instruments Act ;
The Council of State heard (opinion of 15 October 1998) (no. W13.98.0426);
Having regard to the further report of our Minister for Health, Welfare and Sport of 10 November 1998, DWJZ-U-981226;
Have found good and understand:
The State Supervision on Public Health consists of the following elements:
a. the Health Care Inspectorate;
b. Dutch Food and Warenauthority.
1 A main inspector may be assisted in the performance of his duties by one or more inspectors and, where necessary, by added officials.
A Chief Inspector may be assisted in the management of an area designated by it by officials belonging to the State Supervision, who shall, in that capacity, conduct the title of the Chief Inspector for the area concerned.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
This Decision is cited as: Decision of State Government on Public Health.
Charges and orders that this Decision will be placed in the Official Journal by means of the note of explanatory note accompanying it.
