Having regard to the Articles 25 , third member, and 52 of the Polition Act 1993 ;

Having regard to the detailed report by Our Minister of the Interior of 27 July 1994, Directorate-General for Public Order and Security, Directorate-General for Police, Department of Personnel, Education and Information, Division of Labour Conditions Policy, No EA94/2254 released in agreement with Our Minister of Justice, Directorate General for Police and Crime Prevention, Directorate Police, Department of the Police and Industrial Policy Department;
Have found good and understand:
The following shall be appointed, promoted, suspended and dismissed by Royal Decree, the Deputy Police Chief of a regional unit, as well as the other officials in the direction of a regional unit and who perform a function which At least be valued according to scale 14 as intended Annex I of the Act of remuneration , as well as other officials carrying out a function which is at least valued in accordance with scale 15 as set out in Annex I to the Act of Remuneration Police.
Under royal decree are appointed, promoted, suspended and dismissed the Chief Information Officer, Police Chief of a Rural Unit and the Head of Support Unit.
The proposal of the Royal Decree on the appointment, promotion, suspension and dismissal of officials not responsible for the management of a regional unit shall be made by the Minister for Security and Justice.
This Decision is based on Article 45, second paragraph, of the Polition Act 2012 .
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issue of the State Sheet in which it is placed and operates back up to and including 1 April 1994.
This decision is cited as: Decision Kroonappointments Police.
Burden and order that this Decision, together with the accompanying note of explanatory note to the State Sheet will be placed.
