Having regard to the further report of our Minister of Justice of 7 March 2005, No 5339272/05/6
Have found good and understand:
As the administrative organ to which the Registrar referred to the information Article 294, first paragraph, points (a) to (h) of the Bankruptcy Act Passes for the purpose of Article 294a of the Bankruptcy Law the register shall be designated by the Council for legal aid.
This decision is cited as: Referral decision for legal aid as administrative body referred to in Article 294, fourth paragraph, Bankruptcy Law.
This Decision shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Journal in which it is placed.
Charges and orders that this Decision and the accompanying note of explanatory note will be placed in the Official Journal.
