All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that, in connection with the acquisition by Aruba of the status of country in the Kingdom, it would be desirable to establish a border between the sea areas, including the seabed below, and subsoil of the Netherlands Antilles on the one hand and Aruba on the other;
It is true that we, the Council of State of the Kingdom, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, are the provisions of the Statute for the Kingdom in respect of which they have been observed, have been approved and understood to be the same as:
1 The maritime border between the country of Aruba and the land of Curaçao shall be established, subject to the conditions laid down in Article 2 , formed by the arches of major circles between the following points in the order as shown below:

and from the point X the meridian of 69 ° 20 '20' W in a northern direction until where it intersects the border with a third State, point Y.
2 The location of the points described above is expressed in terms of width and length according to South American Coordinates (provisional Liquidation 1956) ("Provisional South American Date 1956").
3 The border line is, by way of illustration, subscribed to the Annex card attached to this state law.
In a southern direction is the endpoint of the boundary line point R, which forms the intersection of the boundary lines between the sea areas of the land of Curaçao, the country of Aruba and the Republic of Venezuela.
This Law of Law shall enter into force as from a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
This state law is cited as: "Rijkswet" establishing maritime border between Aruba and Curaçao.
Burdens and orders that are in the State Sheet , in the Official Journal of the Netherlands Antilles and in the Aprator of Aruba will be placed, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
