The Treaty establishing the World Trade Organisation, concluded in Marrakesh on 15 April 1994, with Annexes 1, 2 and 3, the text of which is placed in Tractatenblad 1994, 235, is hereby approved for the whole of the Kingdom.
The Convention on Public Procurement, adopted in Marrakesh on 15 April 1994, with the text of the text of which is annexed to the Agreement, Tractatenblad 1994, 235, is hereby approved for the whole of the Kingdom.
