In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable for the Kingdom of the Netherlands to participate in the increase in the share capital of the International Bank for Recovery and Development in the context of the 1988 Executive directors approved general increase in the share capital of this institution;

Our Minister of Finance is authorized to carry out the necessary, so that the Kingdom of the Netherlands participates in the increase in the share capital of the International Bank for Recovery and Development up to a sum of $1 879 252 030 in the general increase in the capital of this institution in 1988, in accordance with Article 2 of the Agreement establishing the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development ( Stb. G. 278. 31. 108-182).
This Driving Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet where it is placed.
