Our Minister of Finance is hereby authorized to take the necessary steps to ensure that the Kingdom of the Netherlands agrees to the amendment of 30 June 1987 to the Agreement on the European Economic Community of 27 December 1945 in Washington International Bank for Recovery and Development ( Trb. 1987, 171).
