The Treaty of 10 April 2003 on cooperation in combating illicit traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances by sea and by air in the Caribbean, adopted in San José, on 10 April 2003, the text of which has been placed in Tractatenblad 2003, 82 and the translation into Dutch in Tractatenblad 2004, 54, is approved for the whole of the Kingdom.

The criminal laws of the countries of the Kingdom shall apply to all those who are in the Caribbean as defined in Article 1, part j and Article 39 of the Article 1 The Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the basis of Article 3 (1) of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of the Netherlands on the basis of Article 3 (1) of the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community and of the Republic of the Netherlands on the basis of Article 3 the illicit traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances ( Trb. 1990, 94) in their criminal act have been punishable by criminal law, when:

This Law of Law shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
