In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to 'Rijksoctrooiwet' to amend it in the light of the 2006 evaluation and to amend any other acts in relation to it;
It is true that we, the Council of State of the Kingdom, and with the common accord of the States-General, have taken into account the provisions of the Statute for the Kingdom, have been deemed to have been approved and understood to be the same as This:
The Law of 25 April 1963, approving the Benelux Treaty with a single law on trade marks, and certain provisions relating thereto (Stb. 1963, 221) shall be repealed.
1 For patent applications submitted prior to the date of application Article I, Part H , enter into force, remain the Article 24, third paragraph , 28, fourth member , 32 , 33 and 36 of the Rijksocconsolation Act 1995 , as these luded on the day before that time, apply.
2 Patents Article 33, first paragraph, of the Rijksoctrooiwet 1995 have been granted, remain the Articles 33, second and fifth members , 37 , and 58, fourth paragraph, of the Rijksoctrooiwet 1995 , as these luded on the day before that time, apply.
On a deed of waiver of a patent filed in the patent register remains Article 63 of the Rijksocconsolation Act 1995 applicable for the time of the entry into force of this Law on the Law of the Law of the European Union.
The articles of this Law of Law enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree which may be established in different ways for different articles or parts of the law.
This state law is cited as: Evaluation 2006 Rijksoctrooiwet 1995.
Liabilities and orders to be placed in the Official Gazette and in the Official Journal of the Netherlands Antilles and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials, who so concern, will keep their hands on the precise execution.
