In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to provide for a legislative procedure for a merger test in the field of education in order to ensure adequate freedom of choice within the educational system and to ensure that there is a lack of adequate care to ensure that the ensure the creation of mergers;

Our Minister of Education, Culture and Science broadcasts in accordance with our Minister of Agriculture, Nature and Food Quality within four years of the entry into force of this Act to the States-General a report on its effectiveness and effects of this law in practice.
This Law shall enter into force as from a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
