Act of 27 September 2001 amending the budget of expenditure and revenue of the Fund for the financial structure of the year 2001 (related amendment to the spring budget)

In this regard, we considered that the need for a change in the budget of expenditure and revenue of the State was established by the Law of 12 February 2001, Stb. 138,

So it is that we have agreed with the mean consults of the States-General, and understand them as we approve it and understand it as follows:

Article 1

The budget for the expenditure of the Fund for the year 2001 shall be amended, as is shown in column 2 of the budgetary statement of this Law.

Article 2

The budget of the revenue of the Fund for economic structural assistance for 2001 shall be amended as shown in column 2 of the revenue and expenditure part of that act.

By way of derogation from the provisions of Article 2, first paragraph, introductory wording and point (b), in conjunction with second paragraph, introductory wording and point (c) of the Law Fund, economic structure strengthening , as last amended by the Law of 30 November 2000 (Stb. In 2000, 552), the proceeds from the auction of UMTS frequencies in 2000 were brought to the benefit of the Fes by an annuity of 15 years as from 1 January 2001.

This Law shall enter into force from 1 June of the present year. If the Official Journal of the State in which this Law is placed is issued on or after the date of 1 June, it shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of that Official Gazette and shall return to it until 1 June of this Article. financial year.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
