In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Housing Act amend to improve compliance, maintain and enforce the building regulations and other laws related to this change;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Within five years of the entry into force of this law, our Minister for Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment shall send to the States-General a report on the effectiveness and effects of the Chapter VI, Section 2, of the Housing Act .

B Article 256 shall expire, except that that Article As it was stated until the date of entry into force of this Act, the rental price of a dwelling which is due to Article 29 of the Housing Act As it was stated until the date of entry into force of this Act, it has been declared uninhabitable.

The Housing Act as it ushered until the date of entry into force of this Act in respect of cases in which a court ruling as referred to in Article 243 or 305, 1st member, of Book 7 of the Civil Code , has been advanced and at the time of the entry into force of this law, there was no final ruling yet.
The Housing Act as it was worded until the date of entry into force of this Act, in respect of any of the following:
a. Enrollment as referred to in Section 2 of Chapter III of that Act ,
b. Unhabitation certificate as referred to in Section 3 of Chapter III of that Act ,
c. Permit as intended Section 3 of Chapter IV of that Act .
After the entry into force of this Act, a decision shall be based on: Article 100, second paragraph, of the Housing Act As it was worded until the date of entry into force of this Act, Article 100a, first paragraph, of the Housing Act , as amended by this law.
At the Article 100c, first or second paragraph, of the Housing Act , as amended by this Act, an obligation entered into shall be met for the first time within one year, or two years respectively, after the entry into force of this Act.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
