In this regard, we have taken into consideration that the implementation of Directive 2011/99 /EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 13 December 2011 on the European protection order (Pb EU 2011, L 338), requires the establishment of rules on the implementation of a European protection order;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
Article I shall not apply in relation to any other Member State of the European Union to the extent and for as long as that Member State has not taken the necessary measures to comply with the requirements of the Directive 2011/99 /EU.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
