Law of 27 May 1999 on partial modification of the Code of Criminal Procedure (revision of the judicial preliminary examination)

In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to set out the provisions on the judicial and other related subjects in the field of research. Code of Criminal Procedure to be reviewed;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

In criminal matters in which a judicial review has already been established at the time of the entry into force of this Act or where this judicial preliminary examination has not yet been irrevocably closed, the provisions which have expired at that time shall continue to apply to the manner in which the judicial preliminary investigation is conducted and concluded.

This law will enter into force on a date to be determined by Us. This time may be for the elements of Article I are different.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
