All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to extend the period of limitation of infringements after demonstration;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
In respect of the offences which are time-barred at the time of entry into force of this Law, Article 72, second paragraph, of the Code of Criminal Law applicable, as was the case before the date of entry into force of this Act.
This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
