Law of 10 November 2004 amending the Law on the Independence of Information Bank in relation to the evaluation of that Act

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Law Independence of Information Bank to change in relation to the evaluation of That Act ;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
This Law shall enter into force from the first day of the third calendar month following the date of issue of the Official Journal, in which it is placed, subject to the following:
1 °. if it enters into force after 31 December and before 1 May of the following year, Article I, Section I , to be applied for the first time in the calendar year following the year of entry into force of this Act,
2 °. [ Red: modifies this law;]
3 °. Article I, Section G, Part 5 , enters into force at the time when the Act of 4 September 2003 amending the Comptability Act laying down provisions on the management of liquid assets of legal persons managing collective resources, on the financing of those legal persons and on the management of such legal persons EMU balance to the extent that this balance is affected by the financial management of these legal entities (First Amendment of the Comptability Act 2001) (Stb. 2003, 372) enters into force;
4 °. Article I, Part D, Part 4 , shall be working until 23 January 2004.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
