In this regard, we have taken into consideration that it is desirable to Investment Fund Supervision Law , the Control of securities law 1995 , the Law monitoring credit institutions 1992 , the Natura and non-life insurance supervision law , the Supervisory Law 1993 , the Exchange office law , the Law reporting control on Stock Exchange Companies 1996 and the Law on external financial relations 1994 adopt provisions on enforcement by means of a penalty payment or administrative penalty and of provisions relating to the course of justice, in order to improve the effectiveness of enforcement of that legislation;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
If the time limit for the submission of a statement of objection, or the period for lodging a notice of appeal, against a decision on the basis of:
a. the Investment Fund Supervision Law ;
b. the Control of securities law 1995 ;
e. the Supervisory Law 1993 ;
f. the Exchange office law ;
g. the Law reporting control on Stock Exchange Companies 1996 ; or
h. the Law on external financial relations 1994 Pending the entry into force of this Act, the right to appeal shall remain as it applies for the date of entry into force of this Law.
The penalties and measures imposed on criminal offences for which only a penalty payment or administrative penalty can be imposed pursuant to this Act and committed for the day on which this Law enters into force shall continue to apply.
The articles of this Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts of such articles.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
