The articles 1:1, third member, of the General Law governing the administrative law and 47, third and fourth members of the Legal Status Law, and judicial officers As they stand before the date of entry into force of this Act, if a written decision or an act of an independent body entrusted with the law, the President or a member of a Member State, shall continue to apply to the law. a body, the administration of a body or its chairman, the Council of Justice, or the Prosecutor General, the Deputy Attorney-General or an Advocate-General of the High Court, one of which is to live life appointed judicial officer as such or an omission or on the date of entry into force of this law, has been taken or provided for in this Act.

  • 1 The appointing decisions of those who, on the day prior to the entry into force of this Act, assume the office of coordinating Vice-President of, Vice-President of, Councillor in, Councillor-alternate in or court order at a the Vice-President of the Vice-President of the Deputy, Vice-President of the Vice-President of the Court of Justice, and the Judge-Deputy in the courts or courts of the courts of the Court of Justice, shall be considered to be the acts determining which of the courts of the Court of Justice which court is to perform their duties, as intended Article 5 (b), first paragraph, of the Law on legal status .

After the entry into force of this Act:


Article X

This Act shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be established in different ways for the various articles or parts thereof and shall be able to work back up to and including a date to be determined in that Decision, different articles or parts thereof may be determined differently.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
