In this regard, we considered that clarification and clarification of the legal status of judicial officers and judicial officials in training should be considered appropriate for the purpose of making flexibility, clarification and further information on the subject. After the entry into force of this Act:

b. shall be based on Decision on statutory benefits in the case of unemployment of judicial officers and the Judicial organisation of the costume and title of the titular holder On Article 54 of the Legal Status Act, judicial officers ;
c. is the Decision training judicial officers on the Articles 145, 2nd paragraph, of the Law of the Judiciary and the Article 5, second and third paragraphs , 5d, 2nd Member , 5g, fifth member , and 54 of the Law on the legal position of the judicial authorities ;
d. is the Decision to govern the legal position of members of the judicial authorities and the Council of Justice on the Articles 16, 1st and 6th paragraph , 25, second paragraph , and 86, first, sixth, seventh and eighth member, of the Law on Judicial Organization , 3 of the Professional Law and 4 of the Corporate Administration Law governing body ; and
e. is the Decision to exercise legal status jurisdiction of courts and officials of the office of Justice of the Council of the European Union on the Article 25, second paragraph , and 89, third member, of the Law on the Judiciary .
This Act shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be established in different ways for the various articles or parts thereof and shall be able to work back up to and including a date to be determined in that Decision, different articles or parts thereof may be determined differently.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
