All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to take account of the applicability of the Law Labour and Care The Legal status of judicial officers to be amended;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
(1) The judicial officer or judicial officer in training which, with effect from the same time, is more than one child as a parent in family law, and which between 1 February 2001 and the date on which the person concerned is a person of a family Article I, Section G , when it comes into force in respect of each of the children's parental leave, it is entitled to the payment of 75% of the salary during that period.
2 judicial officer or judicial officer in training held between 1 February 2001 and the date of entry into force of the Article I, Section G , with effect from the same time to more than one child as a parent in family law and who has enjoyed parental leave, has, after the date of its entry into force, become a member of the Article I, Section G , provided that the conditions are fulfilled, entitlement to parental leave with respect to the child or to the children for whom he has not yet received a leave of absence.
3 If a child, for whom no leave has yet been enjoyed as referred to in the second paragraph at a time between 1 February 2001 and 12 months after the date of entry into force of this Article, has reached the age of eight years or will be shall be entitled to parental leave in respect of that child for a period of 12 months from the date of entry into force of this Article.
(1) The judicial or judicial officer in training who, for the purpose of adoption, took up care and education of more than one child with effect from the same date, and which took place between 1 December 2001 and the date on which it was raised Article I, Part H , when it comes into force in respect of each of those children's leave, it is entitled, during that leave, to the payment of 75% of the salary.
2 The judicial officer or judicial officer in training held between 1 December 2001 and the date of entry into force of the Article I, Part H For adoption at the same time as having taken care of and raising more than one child, and having received parental leave from the same point of view, after the date of entry into force of this Regulation, Article I, Part H , provided that the conditions are fulfilled, entitlement to parental leave with respect to the child or to the children for whom he has not yet received a leave of absence.
3 If a child for whom no leave has been enjoyed under the second paragraph at a time between 1 December 2001 and 12 months after the date of entry into force of this Article has reached or will reach the age of eight years, shall be entitled to parental leave in respect of that child for 12 months from the date of entry into force of this Article.
This Act shall enter into force as from the first day of the third calendar month following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed and shall act as follows:
a. What: Article I, Part A , for: up to and including 1 April 2002;
b. Article I, Parts B, D, E, F, H and J , for: up to and including 1 December 2001;
c. Article I, Parts G and I , for: up to and including 1 February 2001.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
