Alzo We have taken into consideration that it is desirable in the Law on the specific cultural policy to make a change to the maximum number of members of the Council for Culture;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
The Council for Culture, referred to in Article 2a of the Law on the specific cultural policy , has by way of derogation from Article 10, first sentence, of the Framework Law Advisory Colleges No more than 18 other members until 31 December 2004.
This Act shall enter into force from the first day of the third calendar month following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
