Law of 6 October 1999 amending, inter alia, the Law on Primary Education, the Law on the Centres of excellence and the Law on Secondary Education in relation to some measures to improve the functioning of the replacement fund and the Law on secondary education. participation fund (mechanism for improving the operation of the replacement and participation fund)

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:

In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to improve the operation of the so-called replacement fund and the so-called participation fund for primary and secondary education;

that it is necessary in relation to that Law on primary education , the Law at the centres of excellence and the Law on secondary education to amend, inter alia, by introducing the possibility that the replacement fund and the participation fund will have the power to use the social-tax number, the possibility of the replacement fund and the participation fund provide grants to competent authorities (other than), as well as the possibility of direct grants to the replacement fund and participation fund from the public authorities;

whereas, in view of the decentralisation of queued expenditure in the field of education and vocational education, it is desirable to empower the Minister to take advantage of the social-tax number, and to do so with a view to necessary, inter alia, Law on education and vocational education to be amended;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

Until such time as the general management measures are taken on the basis of the Articles 2.2.1 and 2.4.1 of the Education and Vocational Education Act enter into force, is Article 2.2.4a of the Education and Vocational Education Act as read in accordance with this Law, subject to the provisions of Article 2.2.4a, first and fourth paragraph, for 'Article 2.2.1, fifth paragraph': Article IA of the Law of 1 July 1998 (Stb. 431) .

This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which it is placed.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
