Law of 19 April 2012 amending the Law on Primary Education in relation to the statutory anchoring of departments for internationally oriented primary education

All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to enshrine the internationally oriented basic education in the departments of primary schools;
that for that purpose Law on primary education shall be amended;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
1 The internationally oriented basic education departments funded by Our Minister on the day prior to the entry into force of this Act shall be regarded as falling within the meaning of Article 85a of the Law on Primary Education .
2 Art. 40, Fifth paragraph, of the Law on Primary Education shall not apply to the apprentices following the day prior to the entry into force of this Law on education as referred to in the first paragraph.
3 If this Act enters into force during a period of 5 years as referred to in Article 113, first paragraph, of the Law on Primary Education receive the schools with a department for internationally oriented primary education as intended Article 85a of the said Act a separate financing for the material maintenance of the division for the remaining period of that period.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
