In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable, in order to combat diplomatic fraud and reduction of administrative burdens from educational institutions and citizens, to set up a diploma register and to provide security for the use of diplomatic and diplomatic measures. whether or not he or she holds a certificate of higher education or a diploma of vocational education, continued (general adult) education, the Netherlands as a secondary language or a second language; whereas, inter alia, the Educational supervision law shall be amended;
It is true that we, the Department of Consultative Affairs of the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have found and understand the same as We approve and understand:
1 Our Minister takes the data contained in the Central Register Enrollment Higher Education, intended in Article 7.52 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research as stated on 1 January 2011, the basic register of education, intended Article 24b of the Law on Education Supervision , the Inburgering Information System, intended to Article 47 of the Civil Act and the Examen Organization System with data on state examinations on in the diploma register, as far as it concerns value documents and diploma records as intended in the Articles 24n and 24o of the Law on Education Supervision as it was following the entry into force of this Act.
2 When applying the first paragraph, our Minister shall replace the numbers assigned to students in the Central Register by means of a number of persons as referred to in the Central Register. Article 1 of the Law on Education Supervision as it was following the entry into force of this Act.
3 When applying the first paragraph, the propedeutic examination of a vocational training course shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 24n, point (a) of the Education Supervision Act , the propedeutic exam shall be considered to be the same as Article 7.8 of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research as it was on 31 August 2002.
4 When applying the first paragraph, the final examination of a higher education course shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 24n, point (a) of the Education Supervision Act , same as the examinations, meant in the Articles 7.20 and 7.20a of the Law on Higher Education and Scientific Research as it was on 31 August 2002.

This Act shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree which may be adopted in a different way for the various articles and parts thereof.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
