In this regard, we have taken into account the desireation of a number of changes of a mainly technical nature in the Community. Law on higher education and scientific research and in any other laws, where, in a number of laws under which the exercise of certain functions requires the possession of the title master, the possibility is opened by general measure of directors to set further requirements to the qualifications of carriers of that title;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

1 They that meet the requirements of the provisions, as amended by the Articles III , IV , V, part A , and VI to: IX , as these provisions set out before the entry into force of those Articles, the functions to which these provisions apply or apply shall remain eligible.
2 The first paragraph shall apply mutatis mutandis to Article V, Part B .
1 This Act shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the State Sheet where it is placed.
2 The following provisions shall be returned to and including the following dates:
a. The Parts A, BB, CC, HH, II, EEE, QQQ, SSS, VVV and XXX Article I and Article II , from 31 July 1993, in respect of higher vocational education and for the other until 31 August 1993, what items and items are to be reworked on until 31 July 1993;
b. FFF, HHH, LLL and NNN components, Point 1 of Article 1 , from 31 July 1993, from which they will be reworked;
c. PPP section of Article I and the Article XI and XIV , which part and articles are to be reworked until 31 August 1993.
