In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to offer students more choice and to provide higher education institutions with the provision of education which is flexible, open and internationally oriented;
whereas, by extension, it is desirable to introduce a bachelor 's master' s structure;

1 If the confration of laws in the field of higher education and scientific research published in May, June, July or August 2002 in the Official Journal or are published and modified in any of those laws or in the Law on higher education and scientific research , whether or not it is settled or, as a result of that coincidence, arose inaccuracies in the designation of articles, article elements or references in those laws, the laws may, for the purpose of their restoration by ministerial order, be recoded shall be changed.
2 The powers referred to in paragraph 1 shall be repealed with effect from 1 January 2003.
1 Under the application of Article 16 of the Temporary Referendum Act this Law shall enter into force with effect from 1 September 2002, except that the provisions referred to in the second to sixth paragraph shall enter into force with effect from the dates set out in those paragraphs.
2 Under the application of Article 16 of the Temporary Referendum Act occurs Article I, Section CCC , entry into force of the day after the date of issue of the Official Gazette, where this Act is to be issued, except that this part shall, except for Articles 17a.2, 17a.2a, 17a.2b, 17a.2c, 17a.3, 17a.11, and 17a.13, second paragraph, for the first relates to the academic year 2002-2003.
3 Article III, Parts Aa, HH and II , shall enter into force with effect from 1 September 2004.
4 Article III, Parts I, Na and QQa , and the Article IIIa , Va , VIIa and IXb shall enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree.
5 Under the application of Article 16 of the Temporary Referendum Act occurs Article IXa in force with effect from 31 August 2002.
6 Under the application of Article 16 of the Temporary Referendum Act occurs Article IXc into effect from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette in which this Law is placed.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
