In this regard, we considered that it would be desirable to establish a clear separation between the public and private function of the subsidised legal aid by reconsideration of the provision of legal aid by the Council legal aid through the introduction of legal assistance by the boards and the transfer of tasks relating to the continuing provision of legal aid to the legal profession, as well as the settlement of the fee for mediation;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:
Applications for an addition received by the Board before the entry into force of this Act shall be subject to the law applicable before the entry into force of this Act.
This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
