Law of 6 December 2012 amending the Law on Youth and Book 1 of the Civil Code, the General Child Allowances Act and the Law Nationwide Office Inning Maintenance Contributions, as well as any other laws related to the improvement of the position of foster parents (improvement position foster parents)
We Beatrix, at the grace of God, Queen of the Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, etc. etc. etc.
All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:
In this regard, we have considered that it is desirable to improve the position of foster parents and to do so. Law on Youth , Book 1 of the Civil Code , the General Child by-entry law , the Law Nationwide Office Collection Maintenance Contributions and any other laws should be amended;
In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

This Law shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be adopted in a different way for the various articles or parts of such articles.
Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
