Law of 28 March 2013 amending the Environmental Management Act and the Law on Economic Crimes in relation to the adoption of Regulation (EU) No Commission Decision of 21 June 2012 on the verification of greenhouse gas emissions and tonne-kilometre reports and for the accreditation of verifiers pursuant to Directive 2003 /87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (PbEU L 181) and of Regulation (EC) No 600/2012 of 21 June 2012 on the verification of greenhouse gas emissions and tonne-kilometre reports and on (EU) No Commission Regulation (EC) No 601/2012 of 21 June 2012 on the monitoring and reporting of emissions of greenhouse gases pursuant to Directive 2003 /87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (PbEU L 181)

In this regard, we have taken into consideration the need to take account of the need to adopt Regulation (EU) No Commission Decision of 21 June 2012 on the verification of greenhouse gas emissions and tonne-kilometre reports and the accreditation of verifiers pursuant to Commission Regulation (EC) No 1568/2009 Directive 2003 /87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (PbEU L181) and Regulation (EU) No Commission Regulation (EC) No 601/2012 of 21 June 2012 on the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with Directive 2003 /87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (PbEU L181) a number of articles or parts thereof from the Environmental Environment Act expire or modify the scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowance trading and make some changes to the scheme Law on economic crimes ;

  • 1 By 1 January 2013, the person driving an establishment shall deliver, Section 16.2 of the Environmental Protection Act is applicable, a monitoring plan drawn up in accordance with the format established by the Management Authority of the Emission Authority and made available on the website.

  • 2 In case of infringement of the first member, the Board of the Emission Authority may impose a charge under penalty payment.

  • 1 This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2013. If the Official Gazette is issued after 31 December 2012, it shall enter into force from the day following the date of issuance of the Official Gazette, in which it is placed and operates-except for: Article I, the components AA, BB and CC , and Article II -back to 1 January 2013.

  • 2 [ Red: Expated.]

  • 3 The law as it was worded before the entry into force of this Act shall continue to apply to greenhouse gas emissions generated during the period up to 1 January 2013 and to greenhouse gas emission allowances referred to in Article 3 (2) of the Treaty. Article 1.1, first paragraph, of the Environment which have been allocated and granted or auctioned for the period until 1 January 2013.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and public servants who so far as to do so will keep their hands on the precise execution.
