All of them, who will see or hear these, saluut! do know:

In this regard, we have taken the view that it is desirable to prescribe the use of a noise certificate or an explanation of sound for certain aircraft, and some rules relating to airworthiness and operation of operations. to be adjusted;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-liked and understood to be right and to be understood as saying:

The holder of a civil aircraft for which, upon the entry into force of this Act, a certificate of airworthiness or a waiver as referred to in Article 3.21 has been issued, submit his application for a (provisional) noise certificate, a (preliminary) sound certificate, or (preliminary) additional sound certificate, at the same time as the next application for issuance or renewal of proof of airworthiness of that aircraft, or issue or renewal of the waiver granted in this respect.

  • 1 Documents relating to the sound production of a civil aircraft issued before the entry into force of this Act shall expire on the day on which, under that Law, the aircraft is to be certified as a (provisional) sound certificate, a (preliminary) sound statement or a (preliminary) additional sound statement.

  • 2 A document which has expired pursuant to the first paragraph shall be delivered to our Minister of Transport and Water State, at the first request of Our Minister for Transport and Water State, within eight days.

This Act shall enter into force on a date to be determined by Royal Decree, which may be determined differently for the various articles or parts thereof and for the categories of aircraft to be specified in the act.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
