Law of July 7, 2010 amending the Child Care Act, the Education Supervision Act, the Law on Primary Education, and some other laws related to changes in educational background policy.

In this regard, we considered that development opportunities for children should be increased by increasing the quality of childcare and nurseries and strengthening the regional role of local authorities, inter alia, in the area of children's children and children. with a view to pre-school education and that there is a proper system of enforcement and supervision;

that for that purpose Childcare law , the Educational supervision law , the Law on primary education , and some other laws need to be amended;

In this way, we, the Council of State, and with the mean consultations of the States-General, have been well-regarded and understood to be right and to be understood by the following:

Within four years of the entry into force of this Act, our Minister shall send to the States-General a report on the effectiveness and effects of this law in practice.


Article XI. Criteria for specific payment of educational background until 2011

  • 1 In the case of, or under general management, the criteria for determining the eligibility of a municipality until the year 2011 for a specific allowance to meet the costs of combating it educational background, and the criteria for the height of education.

  • 2 In the case of, or under general management, further conditions may be set until 2011 with regard to the way in which the educational background policy and the activities of pupils with a large number of pupils are concerned. Backlog in the Dutch language.

  • 1 The articles of this Law enter into force on a date to be determined by royal decree, which may be determined differently for the various paragraphs, articles or parts of such articles.

Burdens and orders that it will be placed in the Official Gazette, and that all ministries, authorities, colleges and officials who so concern will keep their hands on the precise execution.
